All of our people
were born and raised in rural areas on the Northern Plains. This fact gives us a little different perspective on how business should be conducted. We don't want to have to feel uncomfortable each morning when we look in the mirror. Ask any of the thousands of our past customers or business associates. We have each spent our lives building this reputation and have every right to be proud of it. We realize that these are only words, but we say them because they are true. You are invited to find out for yourself. We are anxious to prove to you that we really "mean what we say" and "say what we mean".

Brandon Darnell is the President/CEO of Energy Dynamics and is also an officer in Pro-Team. He, literally, grew up in the mechanical contracting business. He obtained an Associate Degree in HVAC, graduating at the very top of his class in 1997. Prior to and since graduation, he has been with Energy Dynamics. He is recognized in the industry as one of the best “troubleshooters” and “hands on” technicians. Brandon is always available for that purpose. In addition, he is an excellent and entertaining trainer and public speaker. |

Lyle Darnell is a co-founder of Energy Dynamics and brings over 40 years of professional business experience to the table. He was specifying HVAC equipment way back in 1967. He spent many years as a mechanical contractor, doing primarily heat pump sales and installations. Lyle is also an excellent “troubleshooter” and will always be available when you need him. He now is Chairman of the Board of Energy Dynamics and President/CEO of Pro-Team. He is an accomplished marketing trainer. As a “pioneer” in the industry, he has arguably sold more heat pump installations than anyone in the area. |

Larry Barrick is a co-founder of Energy Dynamics and joined Lyle back in 1991 as a sales representative. He is an excellent man to have in your corner when you are in need of support, as regards the “business” side of the business. When you need a “mix up” straightened out or you need to track an order, Larry is your man. He is one of those rare people who actually “care” about your problems. By the way, his long experience in the hands-on selling of geothermal products make him a great guy to work with at a trade or home show. He is Secretary/Treasurer of Energy Dynamics and an officer in Pro-Team. |

Lisa Hattervig is the one who really “runs” this place. She is our Staff Assistant, which means she must keep track of the rest of us. In all of our years in business, we have never met anyone quite like her. She is computer savvy and able to produce equipment quotes “faster than a speeding bullet”. She is also our primary liaison with most of our suppliers and vendors, so she can get answers, when you need them. We firmly believe that business is all about a good attitude and a caring spirit. Lisa has an abundance of both. Once you experience this, you will readily understand what we mean. By the way, this bright young lady also holds a business degree. |

Loren Schoeneman is an independent Professional Engineer who owns and operates Pro-Engineering, Inc. of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He is also an officer in Pro-Team. Loren is licensed in every state we serve and has many years of geothermal design experience as it applies to larger commercial installations. He is dedicated to doing the absolute best job for the owner or contractor and, like all of us, is very conscious of the need to conserve the expensive energy we are all forced to consume today. Energy Dynamics has had a long standing relationship with Loren, and when we decided to start Pro-Team we needed not just an engineer but a geothermal expert. Loren is just such an individual. Pro-Team, through Loren, will act as your engineer or as a consultant to any engineer or architect you wish to work with.
