What We Do

Energy Dynamics, Inc. is located in Carthage, South Dakota. We are manufacturer's representatives for both GeoComfort and Dry-Air. GeoComfort manufactures geothermal heating and cooling systems for homes and businesses. Dry-Air manufactures indoor pool heating and dehumidification equipment.

We work with builders, homeowners, contractors, developers and engineers in the areas of design assistance, product application and technical training.

Our Exclusive 24/7 Technical Support

We sincerely believe that you, as a contractor/installer, deserve to have the technical support you need to satisfy your customers. If you are willing to be in a mechanical room on a Sunday evening, then the least we can do is be there with you. As an Energy Dynamics dealer, you will have available to you the best technical support in the industry, any time of any day or night. As a dealer for any Energy Dynamics product, you will receive special phone numbers that will enable you to access this technical support. We even provide laminated cards for your technicians to carry. We do not "farm out" this technical support. You will be able to reach our regular technical support people.

Others may talk about technical support, but few are actually able to provide it. We not only offer top quality support, but we offer it when you need it, not just forty hours a week. Who works forty hours a week anyway?

Training

Our technical training is some of the best in the industry and designed to get you up to speed fast.

If you have become a dealer for us or have a new employee, we will be glad to bring our training to your shop. This will save you time and money, and does not disrupt you or your workers' schedules for several days. If you hire a new sales person, we will be happy to do a "one on one" to get them up and productive (your shop or ours).

At certain times of the year, we offer sales training sessions. Our newly remodeled and expanded facility will allow us to train small groups (six or less) right here in our offices. For larger general training, we are only two blocks from a sparkling new community center. Lodging is just 20 miles away. Yes, we can do anything you can do in the bigger towns, and have a lot of fun doing it.

Our goal is really very simple. We want your business to be successful and profitable and are willing to work just as hard as you do to make that happen. Those who know us, know that to be true.

Software

All of our dealers receive the Energy Dynamics Software Package. This software has been praised by many contractors for its user-friendliness and the speed with which you can make a nice presentation and/or proposal. Our newest version features an economic analysis printout that is a GREAT sales tool.
